NIP + FAB Makeup Range Review

The new NIP+FAB makeup range has been all the rage lately, and I'm a sucker for simple but pretty packaging, and cute colours/shades, so of course, I bought a couple of items from the new line!

Superdrug have an offer on where if you spend £12 on NIP+FAB makeup, you get a free mini purse that contains a matte liquid lipstick, matching lip liner, and a mascara (worth £25!) so after I fell in love with their highlighter palette, I decided to pick up their eyeshadow palette too!

The free matte liquid lipstick you get comes in the shade 'Marshmallow' and the free lip liner comes in the shade 'Fudge'.

Shade: 9/10
Texture: 8/10
Longevity: 6.5/10

The two shades go perfectly together! They are a warm brown/pink toned colour, and they look so pretty on! The liquid lipstick is super creamy, very pigmented (no streaking at all) and the lip crayon is just as creamy!
The longevity of these is pretty similar to the NYX Lip Lingerie range, wherein they do last a while but you will need to top them up throughout the day/night (which doesn't overly bother me personally).
I didn't find this drying at all, and I think I'll be picking up these instead of the NYX ones now!

Overall: 8.5/10
Would I repurchase? Yes.

You also get a free mascara in the mini purse.

Shade: 10/10
Longevity: 7/10
Volume: 6/10
Length: 7/10

I adore the packaging of this! It's so simple but stands out so much compared to all my other mascara.
The actual product itself won't make your friends weep with envy over your lashes, but it does a decent job, on par with most Rimmel/Maybelline mascaras!

Overall: 8/10
Would I repurchase? Yes.

I purchased the eyeshadow palette myself after falling in love with their highlighter palette, the shade range is gorgeous, and I was super surprised by this!

Shade range: 8/10
Longevity: 9/10
Pigment: 7/10
Blendability (is that even a word?): 8.5/10

Now, the shades are super pretty, on the more warm/neutral side, but the area where this product let me down was the pigment and fallout.
The lighter the shade, the worse the pigment, and the colours swatch and apply quite unevenly, which is a little disappointing. The fallout is also quite bad, again more on the light shades than the darker ones.
The thing that saved this palette for me was the third row, the pigment was SO much better, and the colours came out much less streaky, to get the first two pictures above, I had to keep applying layer after layer of product, whereas the third row only required around two, plus the lasting power of this eyeshadow is insane! I work 8-9 hour shifts, and with no primer on the eyeshadow lasts all day! This is now my go too palette!

Overall: 8/10
Would I repurchase? Yes

I own way too many highlighters, but I couldn't resist picking this one up from their new range, as it looked like a very good dupe for the ABH 'Sundipped' Glow Kit!

Shade Range: 8/10
Glow Power: 9/10
Longevity: 9/10

row 2

This is my most used highlighter palette at the moment, I reach for this over my MUR, ABH, etc. I absolutely adore this!
The only thing I can fault this on, is that as a pale person, I can only really use the top row of colours, but to be honest, because they're so amazing, I can overlook that I won't really use the other three!

I wore this on a night out, and I literally could not stop looking in mirrors I walked past, as my skin was just glowing! My go to shade is 'Champagne'.
And what I love most about these is that they are more of a glow, rather than a glitter, on the face, making it much more natural!

Overall: 9/10
Would I repurchase? YAAAAS.

Have you tried any of the new NIP+FAB range? Let me know what you though in the comments!
